Friends often praise these magnetic curtain holders!

Bought a cottage with a great view of the lake, but an ugly spot to the right of the front door. I hung curtains in the dressing room and laid carpet on the hatch door to the basement. These small curtain ties add a great accent to a white curtain used as a locker door. We screwed in small Menards question mark-shaped teacup hooks for $4. When the magnet is removed, the rope stays on the wall until our guest exits the fitting room and ties the curtain. If this look suits your needs, given the prices I've seen, a tie is your best option. Much luck
