The product looks good when you receive it, but unfortunately it either works or it doesn't. I woke up in the morning and my phone wouldn't charge, and sometimes it did. The charger just turned itself off at night even though it was still plugged in. Everything else that was plugged in worked, so I know it was the charger. I had to return it within the first week of receiving it. Updated 9/12/18. I originally gave the product 2 stars. The company contacted me and sent me a replacement so I could try again. I'm happy to report that the charger works great. Doesn't turn off, charges the phone fairly quickly. You just have to make sure you've put your phone on the charger properly (the indicator will glow blue when it's charging, which is very handy). I really appreciate that the company is doing their best and correcting the first mistake. I'm sure the first time was just bad luck.
