I often cook pulled pork with ham that I put in the slow cooker all day. For years I would don rubber gloves and use my hands and a fork to shred pork. It took a lot of time. Today I pulled a 6lb pork shank in under 5 minutes and the result is superior to my manual method! I'm excited! All the meat eaters in my life get this for Christmas!
