There's a reason they can't be found at any retailer. I was able to pick one up at its best for $48, but it's a steal even at a much higher dollar value. I have a Klein from the US and Milwaukee a Chinese wire stripper and this Knipex version is much better. The Kliens didn't finish well, a lockdown, and they immediately started rusting in the humid Houston weather. Milwaukee, even lower quality but good as a racquet. I keep all three in oil and fat. Plastic handles treated with Ballistal Cleansing Oil. Yes, I take care of my tools. I've gradually switched to any German or Japanese tools, and Knipex makes the best pliers, crimping pliers, and wire strippers. This model is also made in Germany, of excellent quality and craftsmanship.
