Review on Brand Motorcraft ZD 11 F4TZ 12A342 BA 1995 2003 by David Plunkett

Seems like a good deal until they start to fail. With the onset of cold, my '97 F350 began to struggle to start. I put these glow plugs in last fall, they're less than a year old so they can't be glow plugs right? I suspected a glow plug relay or possibly UHF. Aside from 4 out of 8 being dead, the resistance is >100kΩ. Well damn that's why it's hard to get started. As is typical of Amazon, there's a lot of unfounded Chinese crap out there, and it may or may not be. It's hard to tell when there are multiple sellers. They came in car wrappers and are Beru forks, so either the quality control has gone down or the counterfeiters have gotten better. Luckily I kept the good Autolites I took out last year as I'm going to put them back in now. Anyone can say the Autolites are junk, but it took them 5 years to break down at the same rate as these Motorcrafts. Next time I'll buy from FLAPS or Rock Auto instead.
