I am giving this product three stars because (-1 star) it is not quite pastel pink and (-1 star) it doesn't last at all. The little circle on the tube looks like the perfect pastel pink, just the shade I wanted. When I squeezed the product out of the tube, it turned light pink. I shrugged and applied it to my hair anyway, ending up with a lovely shade of pink. This product does not give anyone pastel colors in any way. Unfortunately, it didn't last long either. After about 2 weeks it faded to a pale pink (still not the shade I was hoping for) and I had to repaint. However, your mileage can vary - sometimes individual hair characteristics determine how long a color lasts. The positives and the reason I gave it three stars: It smells nice, it's gentle on your hair (it actually cares for your hair). and while it lasts, the color is sweet.
