Ordered them to start making desserts as well as to have small molds to put ingredients in during cooking. I'm happy to report that they've been great so far - I've made some Lava Chocolate Cakes and some Salted Caramel Cream in them (thanks to Chef John/Food Wishes). There was a small issue where one shape was oval rather than round and DeeCoo fixed it very quickly by providing a full replacement set free of charge. Longer Version ------------------ - As I cook more at home and get safer home orders, I've finally gotten to the point where I have a good set of molds need, both for desserts and as a handy utensil for preparing ingredients when preparing meals. It looked like a lot, so I ordered a SetBox and opened it up. I believe the molds were well packaged and none of them were damaged inside. The smaller form is nested within the larger one, with some wrapping between and around it to protect it in transit. Inside is a note stating that if there is any damage in transit (as DeeCoo acknowledges in the note this can happen even with all the packaging) to contact them and they will take care of it. I had no trouble breaking them though, a smaller shape got stuck inside the larger one during shipping. After applying some soap I was able to take it apart and saw that the shape wasn't round but more of an oval which caused it to get stuck there. I contacted DeeCoo and informed them and they asked for some pictures to explain the situation. When they saw it, they quickly offered to send another set for free to fix everything. After I verified my shipping address they sent a replacement free of charge and told me to keep another set. It was also great to cook in. I've made chocolate muffins in it, as well as some salted caramel pudding. I've also used them to put something in during cooking, e.g. B. an egg so I can pour it into the cast iron skillet (pulling broken egg shells out of the cast iron skillet? No thanks). They clean up well in the dishwasher and I've stacked them in a three height cabinet for storage (I wouldn't lift them too high). In the end when I bought them there was only one review, so I took a bit of a risk, but in the end they are very good, I enjoyed cooking with them, and I am grateful for the quick resolution of my small problems. I'm glad I went with them and look forward to making lots of delicious things in them.
