EDIT 11/14/2018 Returned the defective unit, bought a new one, it broke in less than a month. Doesn't charge, won't turn on. I take care of my electronics, they look fresh out of the box. Downgrading from 2 to 1 star, returning the product and reviewing the competition. I've wasted enough time. ----- The product is excellent, but with a big flaw. Btunes people read below if my item is just defective please just get in touch. The product can reportedly be charged while listening. My btunes turns off at the slightest tilt of my head when connected to the power supply. This does not happen until it is charged. The battery lasts 6-8 hours, which does not allow me to travel to Japan on a single charge. This was to be expected. Inability to load and use - no. I bought this from a competitor because of the charging feature. I know btunes turns off when you start charging, but after turning it on while charging, it shouldn't just turn on and off. If my product is simply defective, then this product deserves 5 stars. So btunes peeps please contact me if this is the case and I will amend this review. I'm only trying to give my honest opinion because I use everyone else's opinion to decide how I shop at Revain.
