The speed in which PRs receive information from clients is outstanding! There's so much content it would be impossible to keep up with everything that we need to do. It takes time before you can say anything because they're thorough when making decisions about what should get coverage or not - I wish there were more "quick wins." But all things considered, this product has made our lives easier by leaps and bounds. They are very friendly and helpful throughout the process. We also don't have any complaints at the moment other than the same as above. This software makes managing client relationships so easy-going.
