The product initially worked decently, although it took a lot of effort to keep the arm in place. However, after a few weeks, Auto-Grab is not holding my phone in place. He gradually slips out of the grip and does not charge the phone - eventually he falls through the grip completely. Now I can't return it. This is a cheaply made product that initially lasts but not for long! I imagine there will be many more reported issues with this product in a few months.
