The best thing about indicative was their ability for us as marketers, salespeople etc.,to understand our audience better than we had previously been able to do so! It helped get insights into who were interested/ not interesting / engaged with what content - all of which gave great insight when it came time making changes and creating new campaigns aimed specifically towards them (or away from).
I didn't like how hard they made you work if there's anything wrong within an account; no simple way around this really unless someone has direct access to accounts themselves but even then its only one person looking after each client hence some errors could slip through due too lackage knowledge amongst staff members sometimes. Also i think more effort should be put out educating users regarding any issues caused via bad links being shared between clients - especially since social media sites have such control over sharing things online these days!! This would help keep problems under wraps until.
