Easy to replace Good for shock absorbers

I ordered front (RS999267) and rear (RS999273) shock absorbers for my 2004 Diesel F250 4x4. I started with the front mainly because of the reviews. Easy swap, took 30 minutes per side mainly due to tire removal. Then the back. which were very easy. 15 minutes per side, no need to remove tires or parts. I used a board and jack to raise the frame 4-5 inches to make things easier. Do not lift the tires off the ground when lifting them under the hitch. This raises the frame well and gives you enough room to work. Open shock was an obvious return, missing documents and a tie. It's okay, but shock 4 the way I put it on should be bad. I had to take the end off that I had already put on, put the old shock back on the truck, and contact the company for a replacement. It took 5 days and I contacted the company several times to return the bad one as they messed up the documents twice. After all, everything is done just to make them look cheap and crappy, with drawstrings on each shock absorber to hold up the welly. The red welly has slits on the bottom on two sides for attaching the shock absorber and is finished with a black strap to keep it in place. Very visible and looks CHEAP! Not very professional and takes the pride and joy out of looking at my truck.
