I was a bit skeptical at first because I had a white plaque on my tongue for a very long time (I cleaned it daily with a toothbrush to clean the tongue and even went to the doctor, but nothing didn't help) so I was really happy to see my white spot was gone and if it comes back I will use it again and it works great. Helpful Tips: 1) I use regular toothpaste (you don't need special toothpaste or gel for your tongue) 2) Be careful when using as the bristles are hard and can severely injure your tongue. 3) I use it very carefully and only clean once in the same place. 4 stars because they showed a white tongue brush but sent me a black one and didn't ask if I was ok.
