Fits great but remember you have to make sure it stays in place! I tightened it, then shook it a little, and it got loose, I had to tighten it. Take your time and make sure it's safe. They don't have much "road noise" and work very well when properly installed. While there are no issues with rain getting in, I suspect the road noise and rain issue is due to improper installation.
