I bought this as a more inexpensive version of some more well-known heavy duty bags. I have had the chance to use it a couple of times and I love it. Very stout and solid. I specifically bought this small size, and it is perfect for a 2-3 day trip. Shoulder straps very easy to take on/off. This is small enough to easily fit in the overhead bin OR under the seat in front of you on an airplane, so no need to worry about your bag ever being checked.Nice touches include a small pocket on the outside of the bag, as well as a couple of mesh pockets inside.BONUS: I received this package quicker than I thought, and when I received it customer support immediately contacted me to ensure everything was okay. When I replied "yes" they have also been gracious enough to not contact me again. I promised a stellar review if the bag warranted it, and here it is.
