They are true to size, lightweight and very comfortable. I bought them for a trip to Puerto Rico. Worn to hike through the rainforest, kayak in the lagoon and snorkel at several islands. They were perfect and definitely more comfortable and stylish than the pair of water shoes I've worn before. Perforated bottoms and lightweight fabric wick water and dry quickly. I have sensitive skin but I didn't feel any itching from the wet mesh on my skin. The only problem with the holes was that sand got in easily and there were small rocks stuck in some of the holes. But I was able to remove them all easily. All in all, there are more pros than cons. Definitely a good buy at a very reasonable price.
