Review on Powerbuilt 948019: A Must-Have 2 Piece Strut Spring Compressor Tool Set by Lawrence Reuter

Literally terrible quality. The bolts holding the clamps together sheared off when I tightened them enough to pinch a piece of brake line so I could flare it out. I replaced it with a screw I had lying around. The handle then came loose from the cutter on the third piece of brake line I cut. So I bought a decent cutter. Then the flare tool - the pointy end of the metal that flares the line - somehow cuts off inside the piece of brake line, so it's now a blunt end and I have a broken piece of line. Do not buy this kit - it does not do the job it was designed for at all. Never seen anything like this. I wouldn't expect to be able to intentionally break a tool in so many ways if I tried - I still only used it for its intended purpose.
