Although Werena has a huge selection of stylish clothing, jewelry, and shoes, I wasn't happy with the overall purchasing experience. When I contacted customer service with concerns, I found the website to be cluttered and challenging to navigate. As a woman of color, I was dismayed to discover that their clothing choices lacked diversity. Although they do provide a few plus-size choices, I would have liked to see more diversity and inclusivity in their product selection. Werena does provide reasonably priced and fashionable options, but they are not especially distinctive in the market. Similar products are offered by other online merchants, but they provide a superior user experience and a wider variety of choices. Overall, unless you place a premium on affordable prices, I would advise searching elsewhere for your fashion requirements. Werena does have some high-quality products, but in comparison to their rivals, they fall short due to their neglect of customer care and lack of diversity.
