Review on πŸŽ’ Stay Hydrated on the Go with the Hydro Flask 10 L Hydration Backpack - Choose from a Variety of Sizes and Colors by Juan Simpson

Invisible to the touch outdoors

I bought the Hydro Flask Journey Series Pack primarily for cycling. This is the third hydration pack I've owned and my favorite so far, largely due to the fact that the pack itself doesn't come into contact with the back. With other bags, the combination of the weight of the pack, condensation from the bag, and sweat made the ride uncomfortable. The Hydro Flask pocket feels invisible, lets my back feel the breeze, and helps wick sweat instead of dampening it. The magnet on the handset is also practical. It keeps the nozzle at a comfortable distance and is easy to remove and replace. There are plenty of other bags, although almost everything I take with me when I travel stays on the bike in small bags. However, I keep a small hand pump in a large compartment. So far the longest I've used has been 95 minutes in 90 degree heat. The bag still had ice in it, just like the other bags I've used. I can't really imagine driving longer than 4 hours, although then I would need a much larger bag as I drink a lot of water while driving. The longest rides I usually take are 2 1/2 hours, but they are VERY early in the morning when there is little to no traffic, allowing me to ride non-stop from start to finish. The bladder with this bag is the same size as the others I've used for this length of trip, so there should be enough water for the whole trip. I'll find out tomorrow as I have to start just before 4 AMI, I'm very happy with this bag so far. It is very convenient and easy to use. One thing I did right after the first use was put a desiccant pouch in the hydration pocket. I hope this will prevent this unit from getting water stains and odors that others have had.
