Review on 📞 GE Cordless 5.8 GHz Digital 28031EE1 Phone: Caller ID & Answering System by Diana Mitchell

I bought this phone because of the sound quality, the style, the economical use of desk space and the GE name. It has very poor battery life. I say this as a previous Panasonic owner who passed away two years prior. This battery stays charged for approximately fifty minutes of talk time, or a day without a base station. Then a loud beep sounds, which indicates a low battery. Batteries are not easy to find and cost between $15 and $20. Since I've only had the phone for a year, that seems like a lot of money for a phone I paid around forty bucks for.
