digital phone suitable for phones and accessories

I am very satisfied with this digital phone. The quality is excellent and there are many additional features. It is not difficult to use and suits my needs very well.

Pros
  • easy to read control panel
Cons
  • only available in white

Permanently Static

This is the worst phone I've ever had. The static is incredibly bad. The whole time. Features are great, but features are useless if all you hear is static.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Seniors

Another pain in the neck phone

BFD. It works, but if you're looking for a magic phone, forget it. I wanted a phone like my old Sony with good contact storage but this thing doesn't have that.

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Obsolete model

Good phone, good for office electronics

This answering machine works fine with my Sunrocket VOIP service. My wife is too technophobic to use Sunrocket's voicemail so this solved the problem. I believe Sunrocket tech support is unaware that this phone is compatible with their service.

Cons
  • poorly thought out

Don't try to call home with that lousy phone. . .

If you want a phone that will last more than 90 days, don't waste your money on this tech crap. I've had my phone for less than two months and the battery is already completely dead. I might as well take my money and burn it in the parking lot. I will never buy a GE cell phone again. Good thing their lightbulbs work better than their phones. . .

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Some little things

Good phone but clumsy instructions

I bought this phone for my elderly parents. It seems to work fine, but my dad can't use all the functions because the instructions are definitely not user-friendly. I don't have time to really play with it. But both like the speaker function as they are a bit deaf! I'd say it's worth the money, doesn't take up too much space and looks nice.

Good speaker, good sound, bad battery life

I bought this phone because of the sound quality, the style, the economical use of desk space and the GE name. It has very poor battery life. I say this as a previous Panasonic owner who passed away two years prior. This battery stays charged for approximately fifty minutes of talk time, or a day without a base station. Then a loud beep sounds, which indicates a low battery. Batteries are not easy to find and cost between $15 and $20. Since I've only had the phone for a year, that seems like a…

Not worth the money

I thought this phone would be a win win, I spent a little more than usual as most of the cordless phones I had were of poor quality. The reviews seem decent but I'm disappointed with this phone. Sound quality is normal, not great, often some kind of interference. The phone doesn't seem to fit properly on the base and seems to charge and recharge, which means the battery life isn't great and I can't hold very long calls. The speaker button has a stupid design, if you want to go back to normal…

Strange landline design

I've had this phone for about 18 months now. It survived well and during the time we were using the phone its battery had no problems, only when I was on the phone for more than 1 hour I see problems, if at all. I heard the low battery beep 2 or 3 times. In this case, I use my wired phone. Otherwise, setting the clock for the answering machine becomes problematic (it also forgets the time if you turn off the power for more than 5 minutes), but it's good to have multiple answering machines if…
