"This version of the Keen sandal is a misnomer as it's really just a shoe. The top is fully covered with a thin yet sturdy fabric. Because they're closed, they offer more protection but retain more heat than sandals. The sole is exactly the same as the sandals and must be very durable. You can throw them in the washing machine for very easy cleaning.
