It doesn't slip
Where has it been all my driving life? I have a van with the seats folded so our dog can ride in the back. I can't tell you how many times I've had to crawl there to buy rolled-away groceries. It's not attached to anything, but the weight of the food keeps it in place. It's also very nice to have two isolated sections. When the dog needs to ride, he either folds it up or pushes it to one side. I love it!
