I love these pans. I have a good set of regular pots and pans but they are non-stick and difficult to cook at times. I've used them so many times since they arrived. Two things I've made so easy are eggs and cheese for breakfast, and I've made chicken teriyaki sauce (the kind that has sugar in it). Nothing stuck or burned, it was so great! These pans are so strong and heavy. I had to screw on the handles when they arrived but it was very easy to do. Like all non-stick pots and pans, I wouldn't recommend putting them in the dishwasher just to prolong their life. I had all my pots and pans in my hands. And don't use metal utensils as they can scratch the non-stick coating, use wooden, bamboo or plastic utensils designed for non-stick pans. I can't tell you how much I've missed nonstick cookware. You are amazing and have already made my life so much easier.
