Review on BIRetail by John Bailey

The customer support is very responsive, their product works as advertised! They have been able to give us an accurate picture of our store traffic over time by month/weekday which helps immensely in forecasting future trends. We've had issues where they don't get back within 24 hours but overall it's pretty good service from them so far. I would recommend this software if you're looking at getting realtime reports or need historical reporting - its easy enough that my team can run these easily without needing me involved all day every single week. It has helped drive sales growth across multiple accounts we manage through BIRetail (we also use Google Analytics).
