I was skeptical about the reviews and told myself these fans can't be that bad and maybe it was just a coincidence. However, I have purchased 2 of these fans/coolers and both are not working. The remote controls don't work. The fans/radiators turned on, but I couldn't turn them off with the buttons on the fan and had to turn them off completely. The cooling part then worked for 5 minutes and when I left thinking I could enjoy the cool air I had to come back only to find it stopped working and only the fan was running. Then all the knobs on the fan/radiator started failing. It was a waste of time and money and those fans are broken. Don't waste money and time.
