Review on TrialWorks by Alif Wills

I like that Trialworks is able to sync with our CRM and can create a trial report for our clients. I dislike that there are not a lot of add-ons available for Trialworks. I would like to be able to create a trial report for our clients that is easy to read, and easy to send to our clients. I also dislike the time lag in our CRM when trying to sync with Trialworks. It takes a while for Trialworks to sync with our CRM. I would suggest that Trialworks add more add-ons to their product in order for Trialworks to be more user friendly. If you're looking for a product that will make your life easier, then consider Trialworks. We are able to send our clients trial reports, and can also create a trial report for our clients.
