Review on Oakton EcoTestr pH 2+ Pocket pH Meter - 1 pack - AO-35423-01 by Inocencio Anas

UPDATE I posted a comment below almost 2 weeks ago and still no one has replied to me. I feel the quality of customer service is seriously declining. This is the original review I gave. I'll be honest I love these counters but this is the second time I've had problems, yes they sent me another one. 1 time and it worked but that's not the point I ordered this because it's a reliable brand and it was/is in an emergency I need it and I still don't have it because they sent me a counter that the batteries are dead or the battery is dead The meter is broken. I have the exact same gauge and I love it. I lost it so I had to get another one. I also have a few other Oakton grinders as I said I love them but now I'm frustrated that I can't use them I just paid $70 for the meter.
