We have a side window next to the front door and since people obviously have no manners these days, complete strangers think nothing of looking into our house instead of waiting for us to ring the doorbell. I may call a contractor to install glass blocks or opaque bubble glass. Until then I thought I'd give it a try. So for $9 I say give it a try. But I'll give it an A and maybe even move on to spray frosting in a few weeks. First, the installation is not as easy as described. I worked with all existing wallpaper and pasted other people's houses with it. That means I have all the tools and am used to stubborn rolls of various substances.1. Don't use anything metallic to help you. Any scratch will spoil the "matte" effect.2. Don't expect it to be easily cut with a razor blade. It's plastic. It wasn't easy to cut. Luckily I had a 1/2 inch thick metal "frame" to underline the raw edges.3. DO NOT wrinkle or crease when preparing for assembly. This spoils the design forever - it looks like a "crack".
