Excellent office chair with excellent back support. The lower back pad actually provides noticeable relief from my pre-existing ailments just by sitting on it naturally. Very ergonomic, as the name suggests. Assembly was easy and took about 30 minutes using the included hex key. Halve this time when using a drill. Simple, with clear instructions. What surprised me the most was the quality of the materials. This chair is made of heavy, durable metal and durable plastic. I can't imagine it collapsing anytime soon and proving capable of holding or holding much weight. This is actually my second mimoglad chair and as pleased as I was with the first model I bought a few months ago, this particular model manages to raise the bar. Since then I've brought the other one to my work office and left this one at home as this model has greatly improved the back support and materials. I highly recommend this chair, especially with the added 5 year warranty and great customer service.
