Heat lamps and terrarium mats aren't worth the price
Small stand only about 30cm high, maybe a few inches or more. It's not very strong and kept falling off when I attached the lamp to it. There were no instructions but they are in the original post. It's not very convenient, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere to save money and frustration!
