Excellent, responsive customer service.
Of course I bought the humidity controller with 4 humidity sensors. All 4 sensors were broken for some reason. I assume a manufacturer error. I contacted the company and sent them a video of all the sensors failing as requested. After that they asked no more questions. They promptly sent me 4 new replacement sensors. That's what I call great customer service.
