Updated Rating: I am increasing my rating to 4 stars instead of 3. I received a refund for this device without any problems and Gracetop has contacted me several times to find out what happened to it. Not sure if any answers were found but they were responsive and provided good customer service. Original Review: I was trying to use this device to push the Pro Presenter output to our streaming computer via OBS (we had an extra output on our VGA splitter so this seemed like the easiest solution since all ports are on are occupied by the real computer). In the morning rehearsal it worked great. However, when it was time for a service, the device stopped working.
