This knife is very easy to use and I love it. Works exactly as it should and does its job well. I was a bit intimidated by several reviews but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Be sure to put a small section of sponge insert under the glass when cutting, this will help keep the glass very stable for you. As another reviewer said, use your palm and not your fingers when slicing, this works much better and gives you a more even result. Before purchasing I read that the measurements weren't very accurate so this wasn't a problem for me. general.
