I've been wearing Cole Haan pinch loafers for years. I have never had a problem with a pair of their shoes in the past. Until now. This purchase includes two separate pairs of matching Cole Haan loafers. The first pair only had a loud click in the left boot after 3-4 socks. Sent them back to Revain for a new pair. The second pair after probably 12-14 socks had a less audible click in BOTH heels when walking. There's nothing quite like walking around the office and clicking along the way! It's annoying and distracting. Ridiculous. I first bought shoes from this brand at Revain. Maybe the inventory they buy is somehow inferior to other production cycles? This will be the last pair of Cole Haan shoes I buy from Revain.
