I recently purchased a 20ft closed truck/dump truck and wanted to install a backup camera on the back of the trailer. It turned out to be too far for my camera. So I changed my mind about one camera and settled on four. I have used this cable to carry power and signals from each camera, front, back, left and right. I added an outlet to the truck, plugged it into a junction box on each end, and wired everything up with RCA connectors. Now I have everything to do with the trailer in view and the front camera shows the truck and off we go. The 7-inch monitor on the dash shows everything in a 4-way split view, and I can choose any display configuration with the DVR remote control. Very clean and reliable. Try it!
