This product would have received five stars if it actually came out of the box. And for all you buyers who don't want to deal with returns and are a little risky, here's how to fix your watch charger that won't work. 1. I connected everything. And the watch didn't charge.2. I plug the watch charger in by itself, bam it starts charging.3. Put it on the magnetic base without charging.4. So I took it apart. This is very easy. It has 4 screws and a small control board at the base.5. I took a bare control board and touched the pins on a magnetic base, the clock starts charging.6. This way the pins on the magnet base don't touch each other when everything is plugged together. Look at the picture.8. I pricked a piece of plastic out of a button battery.9. I slid the board halfway back into the resistance armature and then used tweezers to insert the plastic spacer (circled in the picture). The gasket I cut out is tiny. Also you have to be careful when inserting it because if you position it wrong you can accidentally jump the small LED right off the board.10. This will likely hide the small charging indicator, but you'll still have a working watch charger. If you just used clear plastic for the gasket, it wouldn't even cover the charge indicator.
