The best neon! suitable for paints
I love these colors and how bright they are! I tried half the recommended amount and they were still very strong. All colors react to UV/black light and are transparent. However, the more color you add, the less transparent they become. I highly recommend them and wish they had a different color palette with neon blue and purple.
