Glass game loose in box. They were broken when I opened them. The metal coffee grinder was packed very carefully in a cardboard box. It made no sense. You must wrap these flimsy jars in bubble wrap for the cost of this item. I already have a few thick pyrex cans so it's no big deal. I'd rather break it than learn it the hard way when there's a flower in it. Aside from the glasses and having to vacuum the glass dust off the bottom of the box, I love the box itself. It's durable. The lock feature is great as it has three modes of operation. The middle insert doesn't fit as snugly as I would like, but once you've filled the box the insert stays in place.
