Review on Enhance Your Steering Wheel Control with the PAC SWI-RC Interface SWI-RC-1 by Kevin Young

Purchased to upgrade an aftermarket Harley radio. I installed other steering wheel controls that were much simpler and more comfortable. I work with relays and resistors on a daily basis. So it's not like it's a difficult setup. But much seemed unnecessary. This product required the use of 6 different resistors and the need for programming. I really wasn't interested in doing over a dozen solder points and downloading everything and having this mess behind my dash. So I returned it and bought a SCOSCHE HDSWC1 unit. There was a little more money. But gives a clean install without the hassle. Just my advice if you can find a plug and play device for your vehicle. It costs extra money. It's just a generic product.
