Poor video quality, colors. Artifacts at the top of the screen

Thought this would be better than the minimum but the quality is really bad. Strong discolorations flicker in the upper fifth of the screen. Otherwise, the colors are still slightly different from what they display on other hardware. He digitized the video, but you don't want to use it for anything.
