Review on SuperDisplay Touchscreen System by Calvin Chavva

The only thing I liked about this product is its price point compared to other products in it's class including ones from companies like TASER International. This was supposed to be an easy way for our agency to deploy electronic monitoring devices at their facilities but we are having serious issues getting them up & running properly. Not even close! We've had multiple problems so far - no training manuals available (we have to purchase everything separately), poor customer support when there IS any assistance offered by Taser or their reps, etc. There were many options out here as far as EMDs go; however, not choosing wisely will lead you down a path where your budget does more harm than good. If you're looking for something cheap and easily deployed then look elsewhere because honestly they should charge much less money for what these do instead of making ridiculous profits off us who pay through the nose every time one goes bad!
