Review on ProParts P322328 Spek Pro Electric Temperature by Raymond Gray

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The design flaw of the minimum setpoint is undocumented.

ATTENTION! Nothing in the documentation talks about this little fact, but you may run into a problem with this gauge. From the looks of it, the High Set Point, while adjustable anywhere on the dial, is rated for at least 175 degrees. If you have a remote oil cooler like mine and are not seeing temps above it at the outlet, this gauge will NOT cause mass to turn on your fan. This information came directly from Autometer after I received two apparently faulty sensors. I'm rating the gauge 1 star for what I believe to be a design flaw as the gauge allows you to set that cap anywhere on the dial, but something that can't be adjusted seems to limit it to a minimum of 175 das complete lack of accompanying Autometer documentation is just an insult adding to the injury.
