Luckily I didn't have a reason to use this. But recently in our city a man drowned, his car was swept away by a flash flood, and unlike the occupants in his car, he could not get out. If he had a buckle knife, he'd probably be alive today. I decided it was stupid not to take things like this seriously and decided to be prepared. (No one thinks this will happen to them) So I ordered 4 packs of car seat belts with an anti-slip hammer to give out to all my family members. Hammers are powerful and the seat belt knife looks nice and sharp. I'm sure it will work if we ever find ourselves in such a terrible situation. While none of us have had to use it, I would recommend it to anyone who believes in the need to be prepared.
