Best carrier for my cats - I now have 4 carriers, one for each cat. It's much easier to seat a cat than front openers (although you can still use front openers if you prefer). I just take one of my "unsuspecting" cats, drop them into the carrier over the open top and quickly close it before they know it. We go to the vet and the vet loves the carrier too, they can sometimes even treat while the cat is in the carrier through the top opening. None of my cats like to travel, they howl and fidget all the time, but I've found them to be more nervous in this carrier than in the traditional way. It's made of durable plastic, and I've put plastic zip ties in the holes as an extra precaution, where the top and bottom meet (I have a couple of oversized cats that are heavy). They are easier to clean than traditional front opener holders as you can simply open the top.
