The product was purchased in February 2021. We liked it and seemed easy to use. We just put the coffee beans in the cup as usual, put the lid on and lock it, and then press the button to start it. There was a terrible noise and it wouldn't turn off. power plug pulled. When we removed the lid and finally took out the coffee bean cup, we found that the blade had come loose and the plastic pieces underneath the cup had been cut off.
