I bought this cabinet for a 32" TV. The TV is not designed for outdoor use, but we wanted a TV that all grandchildren (5-9 years old, including 7) can use in the summer to To see "things" that kids like to see and we could keep an eye on them.The lid is a bit big for a 32" TV but it fits the description. Has a pocket for a remote control and a flap for Cable. The material is similar to ripstop canvas and is very durable. It's long enough for me to tape under the TV to keep it clean. The TV doesn't hang from the counter but I'm sure it does for a tv that hangs on the wall would be just as good, if i were to use it for one on the wall i would probably use velcro on the bottom to keep the tv clean and dry.
