I was pleased and disappointed at the same time. Absolutely ridiculous. It was delivered last night. I put it together this morning and pulled the rug across the dining room on the first try. Not even a quarter of the carpet and the handle is bent. The rake brush definitely pulled the dog hair out of my jogger, but it's not hard work at all. Don't use muscle and it won't work, you have to do it, that's why it's bent. Very weak metal, should have a wooden handle like the broom I used, it never broke but doesn't pull the dog. Carpet hair too. So what should I do? Finish cleaning my rug knowing it will break the first rug, or send it back?
