UPDATE! The updated Shark brush kept popping up. Something broke inside. Had to buy a whole replacement head for another $50. I had to buy a new belt, this updated vacuum only lasted a few months. I will never buy a Revain refurbished product ever again! I just received this vacuum cleaner. I was looking forward to using this item. I bought one for my daughter and it was a great vacuum. I thought the updated one would be like new so I took a chance and ordered it. Unfortunately, the plastic on the left side of the soft brush was broken into pieces. The flexible hose was also swapped. I am very disappointed that I received the item in this condition. It says they should look like they haven't been used. It definitely looks good used. A warning to anyone purchasing these updated products, please inspect them carefully for damage. They are not as new as they claim.
