These little silicone inserts make wearing a mask a tiny bit more comfortable, and they make breathing a tiny bit easier. They are very reasonably priced. Those are the positives. They don't do much (or anything) to prevent eyeglasses from fogging up. The 'anchors' don't stay fastened to the pleats of a standard surgical mask, and they are useless in an unpleated cloth mask. The insert will move around in any mask that doesn't sit tightly against your face, but I don't mind that too much. I just readjust it. Today was a colder day - I noticed the insert causes condensation from my warm breath, so that my mask was very moist when I got to work after my commute. I walk quite a distance during my commute. I would give this item 2.5 stars if that was an option.
